Kitesurfing has taken off all over the world; a lot of windsurfers have made the switch to this dynamic watersport. Equipment is smaller and easier to travel with, one small bag for the kite and the board is as small as a wakeboard.
Barbados is one of the few destinations around the world that you can kitesurf all year; the wind conditions and ocean temperature are the best for someone wanting to learn this sport. Our Kitesurfing beaches are Silver Rock, Silver Sands, Surfers Point and Long Beach.

Our Kite Instructor is one of the pioneers of the sport and started here in 1997. He is by far the best instructor on the Island and bookings are necessary. You can Book your kite lessons online to secure dates

These hours are spread over your stay here, usually 2 hours each morning or afternoon,
we only use Cabrinha Kite equipment to ensure the safety of each lesson. The recommended amount of hours for a beginner is 6 to 10 hours, the more practice you have with the instructor the better you will be when you are on your own.
